My name is Jim Fourney and I own and operate Jim’s Homestyle Bakery. I have been baking all my life. I have no formal training. I am Mom trained and went to the school of trial and error. I bake old recipes that come from my upbringing on a small dairy farm.

I specialize in desserts and different meat pies. I have no storefront just doing markets and festivals. I enjoy baking for people who enjoy old fashioned food. I am always being told that “my mom made that”.
