About our Farmers’ Market

Vankleek Hill Farmers' Market is open Saturday mornings year-round rain, snow or shine!

You will find farmers, food and artisans outdoors on the beautiful  grounds of École St-Grégoire

50 Home Avenue in Vankleek Hill, as soon as weather permits in the spring, and until the fall when the Market operates in the school gym.

Being "uptown", the setting is pedestrian and cycle-friendly, offers a shaded area with outdoor seating, and customer parking. Generally, the outdoor season begins the first Saturday in May and continues through  Thanksgiving Saturday. (On rainy days in the summer, the Market operates indoors.)

By mid-October, with the outdoor season coming to an end, the Market welcomes everyone to comfortably shop indoors. Market Roast Coffee is served!

December 23rd marks the final Market of 2023.

Next Market Day - January 13th, 2024!

Vankleek Hill Farmers’ Market Inc. (established in 1997) is an incorporated non-profit volunteer-driven organization serving Champlain Township, the United Counties of Prescott Russell and surrounding regions.

Vankleek Hill Farmers’ Market Inc. operates the Saturday Vankleek Hill Farmers’ Market. It is an Eastern Ontario Health Unit approved Farmers’ Market.

Vendors attending the market are local, primary producers who sell what they grow and/or raise, and thereby provide consumers with access to fresh and tranformed food products straight from local farms. Offerings include produce, meats, baked goods, preserves and food to take away.

Delicious food made by culinary vendors, one of a kind craft offerings by local artisans and upon occasion, local musicians add an extra flair to Market Day.

Visitors and locals enjoy the in-person shopping experience a Farmers’ Market provides.

A Market not to be missed, it is a must-see destination for visitors who want to sample some of the best agri-food and craft in the province and to experience the vibrancy Vankleek HiIl is famous for!
