Roxanne and Michel are both trained agronomists and passionate about agriculture.
Following a van trip in Western Canada, they wanted to change their way of life by getting even closer to nature.
Being only an agronomist did not sufficiently meet this need, which prompted them to buy agricultural land to embark on organic veggie farming.
Michel continues his work as an agronomist advisor for veggie farmers in addition to teaching agriculture at CEGEP.
For her part, Roxanne focuses 100% on the development of the agricultural business.
Les Jardins Stonefield is a pre-certified organic vegetable farm that produces various vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, leeks, onions, sweet potatoes, etc.
All these fresh products are offered at the market on Saturdays beginning July 1st or in the form of vegetable baskets.
