Elishka farm is a small organic family farm located in Champlain township. We raise goats and sheep without the use of hormones or antibiotics. They graze in our fields from spring to fall and are fed with our own hay during the winter.

Our organically grown produce is fertilized by well-aged manure from our animals. Then it is converted into yummy jams, pickles and other preserves.

Elishka farm also produces natural artisanal soaps and cosmetics crafted with love.
Elishka attends VKH Farmers' Market January - June, and October - December.
