My husband Greg and I operate a bakery called BOULANGERIE MIRA and our products are made from sourdough which is fermented more than 24 hours.
We are present each Saturday with our bread and pastries at Vankleek Hill Farmers Market.
Our products include SOURDOUGH BREAD, MULTIGRAIN, SUNFLOWER SEED, GERMAN BREAD ( kornerbrot and Rogbrot), CROISSANTS, EUROPEAN DONUTS filled with jam or custard, BRIOCHE CINNAMON ROLLS, HAM&CHEESE BRIOCHE, FOCCACIAS, MUFFINS, COOKIES....
