Vankleek Hill Farmers’ Market is seeking a new Site Coordinator to join our team for the 2022 Outdoor Market season! The Site Coordinator will be responsible for managing on-site market operations, executing VKHFM programming, and assisting with any events or community activities taking place at the market.
The Site Coordinator is the on-site, go-to person for vendors and customers, and will be responsible for overseeing a small team of market assistants and volunteers on market days. This is a part time contract position. Rain or Shine – Saturdays 8:00 am – 1 pm.
Start date: July 16, 2022 or earlier
End date: October 8, 2022
(With possible contract extension to Dec 17, for the 2022 Indoor Market Season)
Hours: Part time, 5 hours on Saturdays. (8am – 1pm) on-site at 79 Derby Avenue, Vankleek Hill
Wage: $17.00 per hour
We are seeking a “people person”, who enjoys working with the public in an outdoor setting, is fluent in French and English, has strong independent work skills, can multi-task and “Loves the Market.”
