We are the Coopers, a family of three who traded in the big city life to create our dream permaculture retreat on a 120 year old, 3.4 acre homestead in Apple Hill.
We have walking trails and fruit gardens, a greenhouse, a coop for our laying hens, an off grid eco bathroom and a guest Bunkie.
We manage honeybees and collect honey with a revolutionary invention called the Flow Hive!
Our offering is an eclectic mix of fresh organic produce, fermented and traditional canned foods, gluten free baked goods, hand crafted wares and art, as well as lessons, consultations and immersive overnight experiences.
