  • The layout of booth set-up and detailed description of the implementation of Covid protocols submitted along with the application to attend Market
  • 2 tables (one table behind you for food and one in front for the customer)
  • 2 Hand sanitizers (one for the customer and one for you)
  • Container to receive money from customers – ( wait 72 hours before handling )
  • Another separate container with cash to give ( clean ) change
  • Soapy water to wash tables
  • Paper towels
  • Diluted bleach solution for disinfecting between customers
  • Tent and weights ( 25 lb minimum )
  • Mask and/or face shield and/or partition ( plexiglass )
  • Unused bags for packaging products that are not prepackaged
  • Container for trash (Vendors are responsible for garbage at their booth. The Market does not offer a waste disposal service)
